The scope of work included the following construction items: 

 

* Full gut-remodel of the house that converts a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house to a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house

* New floor plan configuration on the main level and upper level. 

* Converting the ground floor into living space and adding bedrooms, bathrooms and a sauna.

* Remodeling the existing kitchen and bathrooms.

* Full seismic upgrade of the house.
